- INVESTMENT OF $144 TO $288 (INCLUDES LEVEL I) This level covers information retrieval from database, connection of diagnostic equipment to vehicle, retrieval of trouble codes, and basic testing of computer components. Level 2 diagnostic is required for many of the following problems: Advanced Brake System Diagnosis, Air Conditioning Electronics and Refrigerant, Distributorless Ignition Testing, Symptoms such as Engine Dies at Lights or While Driving, No-Start (not related to battery), Running or Performance Problems, ABS Light on, Air Bag Light on, Check Engine Light on, Power Loss Light on, Service Engine Soon Light on, Driveability Concerns or any Module Controlled Systems. ***Check engine light. First step in diagnostics is to check batteries. Tested both batteries. Primary battery fails test. Auxiliary battery tests ok. Replace battery, clear codes and retest system. May have other issues, but need to start with battery. 9411 part number 49agm replacement number. Abs light. Checked abs system and found part of torn ring missing on right rear bearing causing wheel speed signal to drop out. Replace right rear bearing assembly. Clear codes and retest system.
- WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Rear,Hub & Bearing Assy,One Side – [DOES NOT include wheel alignment.] – [Includes: Replace Inner and/or Outer Bearings, Cups, Seals and repack (where applicable).]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Inspect tires and set pressure to spec. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle. Center steering wheel.
