    • CONNECT TO COMPUTER, CHECK CODES AND PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE ON CODE. P0172, 175 – Fuel trim system rich bank 1 and 2 System rich, both banks. Checked fuel trims and and fuel composition percentage. Fuel trims indicate rich and alcohol percentage showing 79 percent. Reset fuel trims and fuel composition. Need to test drive vehicle to monitor fuel trims and see what they are doing. No oil on dipstick. Needs topped off or changed. Due according to sticker, oil life 52 percent. Changed oil and test drove vehicle. Monitored fuel trims. Fuel trims stayed well within spec and alcohol percentage now at 6 percent. Occasionally the fuel composition sensor readings get skewed and need to be reset. Recommend customer drive vehicle for a while and see if code returns.

    • CONNECT TO THE BRAKE MODULE, CHECK CODES AND TROUBLESHOOT MALFUNCTION CODE P0556 BRAKE BOOSTER PRESSURE SENSOR PERFORMANCE Code P0556 – Brake booster pressure sensor performance. Checked system and found vacuum pump,mounted to engine is not functioning. Has no vacuum when running. Replace vacuum pump assembly.
    • WESTLAKE MPI INSPECTION
    • Drained Motor Oil & Replaced Oil Filter, Fill Crankcase With Full Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis (where applicable), Check All Fluid Levels And Set Tire Pressure To Factory Spec. Reset Oil Change Reminder (if equip).

    • VACUUM BRAKE BOOSTER PUMP – Remove & Replace – 1.5L Eng
    • INSTALL NEW ENGINE AIR FILTER
    • INSTALL NEW CABIN AIR FILTER
    • Washer tank is leaking due to the level sensor being popped out. Removed the inner fender to pop back in the sensor to seal.
    • After repairing the washer tank was repaired the sprayers still do not spray. Checked fuse for power supply to pumps. Ok. Removed inner fender to access wiring and tested power and ground at pumps. Power and ground good to both pumps. Replace pumps.
    • WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP – Remove & Replace – Both

    • CONNECT TO COMPUTER, CHECK CODES AND PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE ON CODE. Codes: P0335 – Crankshaft position sensor circuit P0172 – Fuel trim system rich bank 1 P0175 – Fuel trim system rich bank 2 Tested circuits for crank sensor. Test ok. No rpm showing when vehicle is running and has an extended crank before starting. Need to remove starter to inspect/replace crank sensor. Probable bad sensor. Recommend replacing sensor, inspect crank trigger wheel, clear codes, perform relearn and reset fuel trims. Rich codes could be related to crank sensor issue. Any codes that return will require further diagnostics.
    • CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR – Remove & Replace – w/o Skid Plate – [Includes: Programming. Includes: R&I Fender Liner.]
